1. Please provide the details of your Baggu order & delivery location in your email, and I shall get back to you the soonest possible. 
2. A confirmation email of your request will be emailed to you (whether item/quantity wanted is in stock or vice versa).
3. The item requested will only be held for you for 36 hours from the time of our reply email to you. Hence, please watch out for  your mail-box!
